Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or defects. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@hesperhue.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve it quickly.
