We want you to love your purchase from HESPER HUÉ. If you are not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept eligible returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

United States

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

International returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return eligibility requirements above.
Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs.
  • Any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import fees, or similar charges imposed by their destination country.
  • Any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import fees, or similar charges incurred when returning the item to HESPER HUÉ.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges were not paid, all shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and related costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, subject to availability, or for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@hesperhue.com with your order number and reason for your return.
Please do not send items back until your return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by HESPER HUÉ.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@hesperhue.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, HESPER HUÉ will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping where required.
